The KOHLER PW 1000RM is a continuous online double conversion single-phase UPS for mission critical environments that demand reliability, future flexibility and excellent return on investment. Available as either a 2U or 4U 19” rack mountable unit, or compact standalone tower, with a choice of power sizes and internal or external battery module (EBM) options to match load and autonomy requirements.
KOHLER PW 1000RM model range
The KOHLER PW 1000RM is available in 5 ratings; 1 kVA, 2 kVA, 3 kVA, 6 kVA and 10 kVA. Each of these has internal batteries and the option to add an uprated battery charger and External Battery Module to allow extended autonomies.
Advanced, resilient design
The advanced design of the KOHLER PW 1000RM enables high AC/AC efficiencies, reducing energy loss, heat emission and running costs. High end electrical components, conformally-coated circuit boards and hot-swappable batteries complement the advanced electronic design to ensure not just efficiency but also a very high level of operational resilience.
Flexible, configurable outputs
In addition to multiple IEC320 C13 outlets (quantity varies by model), KOHLER PW 1000RM UPS systems also feature RS232 and Emergency Power Off (EPO) connections. A USB slot enables SNMP, RS485 and dry contact options.
User-friendly, software rotatable LCD display
A clear, bright, blue-backlit LCD display with a wide 140˚ viewing angle provides easy access to key information. The display can be easily rotated to allow for use in either vertical (tower) or horizontal (rack) orientations via the menu settings.
Confidence-giving diagnostics and alarms
To provide confidence in the protection being provided by the UPS, the KOHLER PW 1000RM incorporates self diagnostics and will report faults via codes on the display and issues such as low battery, abnormal AC input or UPS failure as an alarm.
